The process of obtaining a license in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) includes several consecutive stages: preliminary analysis of the business model and determination of the appropriate license type, company registration, preparation of the licensing documentation package (business plan, financial model, internal policies and procedures), submission of the application to the AFSA regulator, interaction with the regulator and responses to its requests, fulfillment of the conditions of preliminary approval, and subsequent receipt of the final license.
